Senior Corporate Planner

We are seeking a Corporate Planner to lead and manage all enterprise and development documentation across our platforms. This role involves creating, curating, and maintaining high-quality content that supports our teams and enables efficient knowledge sharing across the organization. The Corporate Planner for Learning and Engagement will work with the Senior Manager to develop and execute learning and employee engagement activities, including internal communications, digital site management, event planning, and data analysis.
This is a contractual hybrid role for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension. The candidate must work from the Toronto office 3 days/ week.
What will you do?
- Events: Support the development, planning, and measurement of employee engagement events that bring teams together to share communication, socialize, and build a sense of community.
- Communications: Prepare internal communications products that are engaging, creative, and informative, and share them through various platforms.
- Digital Management: Maintain the DevOps Connect sites to ensure content is up to date and aligned with our strategic purpose.
- Data Management:Is our strategy on track? Are we realizing the desired benefits? These are questions we ask ourselves regularly. Analyzing data helps us measure our progress and make informed adjustments.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to our strategic plan that drives results to help our people grow and thrive.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-haves:
- University degree in communications, journalism, business or related field with 3–5 years of experience in content creation, technical documentation, or knowledge management.
- A strong curiosity that informs what works, what doesn’t, and what is possible to achieve.
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, able to manage time and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment.
- Project management and organizational skills.
