We are seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our team for 3-6 months of contractual employment, with the potential for extension. This individual will help bridge the gap between business requirements and the technical implementation of our Liferay-based project. Working closely with the functional BA and other stakeholders in an agile environment, this role will ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of business requirements.

Required skills include:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a business analyst in the design, development/acquisition, and implementation of business and software solutions.
• Strong Knowledge of the Agile SDLC and experience in developing and defining product vision and planning.
• Document requirements and processes using business analysis techniques such as Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Context Diagrams, and Business Process Maps.
• Proven ability to review and validate user stories for technical acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements sessions by interviewing client stakeholders, business and system partners, by analyzing existing systems, practices and procedures and in preparing recommendations for approval by the client and IT senior management.
• Working knowledge of web application architecture and infrastructure
• Demonstrated excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to prepare and present a broad range of complex materials to diverse business and technical groups.
• Demonstrated Experience at a senior level on at least one large complex project that involved implementing major transformational changes to business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Functional BA to validate requirements against platform capabilities
• Participate in all agile ceremonies
• Lead technical requirement sessions and documentation
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
