Product Marketing Lead – Fraud Portfolio

As a Product Marketing Lead reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you'll drive product marketing strategy for Nasdaq Verafin's Payments Fraud portfolio. You'll connect product innovation with sales and marketing execution, launch new products, and fuel growth for our industry-leading financial crime management platform.

You'll thrive in this role if you're strategic, creative, and energized by building go-to-market strategies that translate complex solutions into compelling messages that resonate with financial institutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own product positioning and messaging that differentiates our Fraud portfolio in a competitive market.
  • Develop buyer personas and value propositions that enable sales and marketing teams to engage effectively.
  • Partner with product managers, marketing, sales, and communications teams to create go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and customer acquisition.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key industry and technology organizations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, tracking results and optimizing for impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience in banking or financial services, with a track record of launching successful products.
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry, including financial institutions, buyer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills to create compelling content across formats (fact sheets, case studies, presentations).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing anti-financial crime, fraud detection, or risk management solutions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or cloud-based technology platforms.
  • Track record of managing partnerships with industry organizations or technology vendors.

This position will be located in St. John's or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
