We’re looking for a Project Manager, SMB to join our team, reporting to SMB Project Management leadership. In this role, you’ll lead customer onboarding projects and help ensure our clients successfully implement solutions that fight financial crime and deliver real value.
You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, organized, and thrive in fast‑paced environments. You enjoy working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships that lead to great customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Plan, manage, and deliver onboarding projects by defining scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteria
Partner with customers and internal teams to manage expectations, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Track project progress and communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve processes and delivery
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role working with both internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams
A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality results
Nice to Have
Project management certification or formal training
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry
Familiarity working in fast‑growing, evolving environments
This position will be located in St. John’s or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
