Are you a strategic, self-motivated team player with a passion for building relationships with key stakeholders, executive buyers, and influencers within our current customer base? If so, we want you on our team!

As an Existing Business Sales Specialist, you'll focus on consolidating and quantifying successes throughout the customer life cycle, always thinking about long-term strategy. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Project Management, Customer Success, Security, and Legal to ensure our customers have everything they need to make informed, value-based decisions about continuing their relationship with Verafin.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and participate in existing customer calls.

  • Work closely with existing customers throughout the renewal process by participating in discovery sessions, product demos and presentations, overseeing due diligence reviews, and handling contract negotiations

  • Collaborate in a team environment to develop strategies and plans for upcoming contract renewals.

  • Manage a queue of renewal opportunities.

  • Stay up to date on financial regulatory requirements and industry trends.

  • Maintain Salesforce to log calls and meetings, relevant information, and forecast sales opportunities.

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly opportunity forecasting within Clari

  • Recognize and pursue upsell opportunities within the current customer base

What We're Looking For:

  • Nasdaq Verafin Experience: 1-2 years required.

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience is an asset.

  • Strategic Thinking: Long-term strategy focus.

  • Relationship Building: Strong skills with key stakeholders.

  • Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork with internal teams.

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
