  • Plans, monitors and administers part of a mid-size project to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction.
  • Own RFP creation process
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling content that addresses the client's requirements and showcases the organization's capabilities. This includes writing executive summaries, technical sections, and other relevant content.
  • Organizes and utilizes resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Manage the proposal development process, including setting timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met. Keep track of progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely submission.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that the proposal meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. This includes conducting reviews and obtaining feedback from stakeholders.
  • Prepare the final proposal for submission, ensuring that all required documents and attachments are included. Present the proposal in a professional and organized manner.
  • Manages projects while being mentored by one of the senior project managers.
  • Has experience in project management delivery utilizing established project management
    Education Required: Bachelors degree or Technical writing certification
  • Experience Required: At least 3 years (Nasdaq Verafin experience preferred). RFP writing experience would be considered an asset.
