At Nasdaq Nordic Listings, you will work in the center of the capital market and be part of driving it forward, by supporting sales, planning and execution of listing ceremonies. The role may from time to time include supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

This role will allow you to collaborate with and develop in a dynamic and innovative Nasdaq team. The teams’ focus is on delivering for our clients and at the same time developing our platforms, requirements, and offerings, to ensure Nasdaq is the number one choice among global stock exchanges for listed companies with publicly traded securities.

What We Offer

Nasdaq Nordic Listing Services is looking for a student worker to join and provide support to the team in Stockholm. The team is responsible for equity listings in Nasdaq’s Nordic markets, and manages the contact with companies wanting to list with Nasdaq, as well as provides customer service to already listed companies. This entails anything from arranging IPO events and listing ceremonies, communicating with customers, driving improvements of our offerings, the development of sales material, and follow-up on customers and progress.

The team has frequent contact with management teams of companies and other stakeholders such as financial and legal advisers, banks, and private equity firms, as well as Nasdaq’s internal units such as Surveillance, Finance, and Marketing among others, providing exposure to many different domains and learning opportunities.

The Nordic team consists of employees based in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, and collaborates with teams in the Baltics and Iceland. The roles in the team cover relationship managers, sales support and operations, and strategy and business development.

You will primarily support us with

  • Updating and working with our CRM system,
  • Preparing and facilitating listing ceremonies,
  • Development of sales materials,
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis,
  • Responding to client emails,
  • Assisting the monthly billing,
  • Helping with customer events

What We Expect

  • 1-3 years of study behind you, in economics/finance or engineering or a similar field
  • Self-drive and ability to work self-sufficiently with assigned tasks
  • Excellent ability to meet deadlines
  • Structured workstyle with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • A curiosity about the stock market and capital markets in general

It Will Be Excellent If You Have

  • Working experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Knowledge of capital markets and financial products
