The Salesforce Support Analyst role within the Global Index Services team will focus on overseeing and managing Salesforce initiatives from a business perspective.
This position ensures that Salesforce effectively supports business operations and aligns with overall strategic goals. The Salesforce Support Analyst will collaborate with various Index teams and Salesforce partners to oversee and optimize initiatives, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize Salesforce enhancement requests and bug fixes.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on Salesforce usage and performance.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation including process flows, training materials, and user and viewer guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the Salesforce platform.
  • Work with the Salesforce team to perform system integration and data migration tasks.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and updates to ensure compatibility and leverage new functionalities.
  • Research and incorporate best practices around Salesforce usage and expanded capabilities to improve usability and function.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Salesforce tools.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide regular updates to both key stakeholders and management around status and metrics for all Salesforce requests.

Education, Certification and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce as an administrator or analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Skills Needed:

  • Proficient in Salesforce data management and maintenance, ensuring accurate data entries and regular audits for data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce teams and the business to prioritize and implement enhancements.
  • Ability to configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs by setting up and modifying Salesforce applications to streamline operations.
  • Expertise in integration with other systems and applications, integrating Salesforce with other software ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Experience with data migration and data cleansing techniques, migrating and cleansing data to ensure accurate transfer and filtering.
  • Capability to train and support Salesforce users by providing training and support to ensure effective system use.
  • Up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new functionalities, staying informed about the latest updates, features, and best practices.
  • Involvement in working with different stakeholders to determine areas of improvement by collaborating to identify and prioritize improvement areas.
  • Communication and project management skills, conveying complex Salesforce concepts and overseeing projects for successful outcomes.

This position can be located in Philadelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
