As the Product Delivery Lead for Procurement and A/P, you are responsible for leading the execution of the product roadmap, together with the engineering team, for the tools and processes supporting our global Procurement and Accounts Payable teams. You ensure that Nasdaq delivers valuable products to our internal stakeholders using agile methodologies to ensure alignment with the business strategy, maximizing value delivery and continuously evaluating and adjusting priorities.

Our Procurement and Accounts Payable Product Delivery Lead reports to our Procurement and Accounts Payable Product Manager. You will be responsible for execution and delivery of th product roadmap for related products, working closely with our product engineering teams.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Specialist – Product Delivery Lead for Procurement and A/P, you will be responsible for products supporting these operational teams, playing a key role in Finance Transformation efforts. You will lead the execution of the product roadmap, investing in and developing capabilities to ensure efficient and transparent Procurement and A/P processes, fostering a culture of openness and transparency.
In this role, you will partner with a global team to manage execution, development, and delivery for Procurement & A/P, balancing stakeholder needs, financial viability, and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensure Alignment with Stakeholder Needs: Develop business requirements and sprint planning to execute against strategic objectives, ensuring delivery of the long-term vision, value proposition, and thematic goals. Understand client needs, product requirements, and the market, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Execute the Vision: Translate product strategy into a clear business requirements and desired functionality for stakeholders. Drive development, launch, and continual support and improvement. . Work closely with global stakeholders and a local engineering team to execute against the product roadmap.
- Measure Success: Lead the creation and review of key agile metrics, outcomes, and reporting related to milestones and objectives. Participate in regular Agile ceremonies.
- Manage the ecosystem: Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, managing relationships and identifying dependencies with other Finance pillars. Focus on innovation and engage stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation..
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a cross-functional team with a shared understanding of product goals and strategy. Pursue experimentation, foster continued learning, and maintain tight feedback loops. Leverage agile principles to optimize team delivery.
- Direct priorities: Lead user story development, actively participate in sprint planning, and ensure delivery quality to provide clients with the best value for their investment. Reevaluate business value delivered and reprioritize work as appropriate.
We expect you to have:
- At least 7 years of experience with a combination of product development and Finance, preferably with Procurement and A/P processes and systems.
- At least 2 plus years working in Agile product delivery and leveraging agile ways of working
- Financial services experience a plus and knowledge of Coupa and Navan is preferred.
- Lead by example: Champion the team, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment around overall strategy and direction of the product. Attend team demos and team ceremonies and model strong leadership behaviours.
- Education: Degree qualified in Business / Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
