As part of our continued growth across the EMEA region, we are currently seeking an Advisory Analyst to join our well-established Corporate Solutions Advisory team based in our Vilnius office. As an Advisory Analyst you will be responsible for providing high quality and timely Shareholder Analysis services to the Investor Relations and C-suite functions of many of the largest listed companies in the region. The information you provide will be critical in supporting your clients’ Investor Relations and Executive Management teams in their shareholder engagement programmes, plus activities around corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and ESG. You will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to align services to clients’ needs, monitor account risk and identify opportunities for further up-sales, whilst ensuring maximum client retention. In addition to this, you will be expected to participate in a range of initiatives outside of day-to-day project work that will contribute towards the enhancement of our proprietary content, the progression of the product offering, improving operational efficiency and the provision of additional industry insights and thought leadership pieces.

In this role you will:

  • Manage your own book of clients. Deliver accurate shareholder data and analysis on key movements and trends, adding context and insight that helps clients to understand and interpret the data in their reports
  • Develop and manage client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring the service they receive is aligned with their requirements
  • Monitor your book of clients for potential risks and working with the Account Management team to manage client retention
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities within your book of business and work with the Sales team to bring them to fruition
  • Participate in a variety of different working groups that help to develop the product, improve proprietary content, support sales initiatives and generate thought leadership
  • Collaborating with other teams across the IR Intelligence business to share best practices and expertise
  • Promoting the use of other Nasdaq IR Intelligence products and services to your clients
  • After year one, the role will have an expanded focus, giving you exposure to Investor Targeting and Global Perception to provide you with the expertise to be a well-rounded investor relations specialist

We expect you to:

  • Be self-driven with the ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating across teams in a matrix organisation
  • Demonstrate excellent customer services skills to ensure maximum client retention
  • Have strong data management skills to be able to effectively work with large, complex datasets
  • Understand how to analyse information to be able to surface key information and trends
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen by supporting the Sales and Account Management teams in growing the business
  • Have a genuine interest in equity capital markets and Investor Relations
