The Nasdaq Account Manager, Governance Solutions, is responsible for achieving customer retention and revenue expansion targets for their assigned book of business. Top responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers; proactively engaging with clients in a meaningful way to promote product adoption and create expansion opportunities; actively managing known risk to mitigate and minimize revenue loss. He/she consistently demonstrates integrity and takes proactive action to deliver exceptional customer service and positive outcomes.

We are seeking a strategic professional with a demonstrated track record of successfully partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams. The ideal candidate elevates client relationships and delivers value in complex business environments. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformative solutions for our clients and enhance customer experiences with Nasdaq.

This role also requires you to serve clients through product training and support. A background supporting SaaS B2B solutions will help your profile stand out from the rest.

The ideal candidate has most if not all the following skills and experience

  • Excellent client engagement skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and C-suite executives
  • 2-3 years’ experience handling a book of business with retention and sales quotas
  • Proficient in sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong communications & presentation skills
  • Ability to switch hats often but focus on the responsibility at hand
  • Strong analytical, organizational & prioritization skills
  • Able to keep composure and make decisions in stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive outlook and deep customer service orientation

And it would be great if you have a

  • General understanding of the Corporate Governance business
  • 5+ years’ work experience in a corporate environment
  • BS/BA is required
