What We Offer

Nasdaq is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to support campaign coordination and delivery for our Workflow & Insights businesses with a focus on our Sustainability and IR solutions. This role is responsible for implementing and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business priorities, driving demand generation that delivers high quality opportunities and pipeline, and enhancing brand awareness and engagement across key audiences. You will play a critical role, working alongside a team of local marketers to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing programs and collaborating closely with a broad distributed team to advance progress.

This is a permanent full-time role based in BGC Taguig City following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Works closely with colleagues across Marketing as well as agency partners to design and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive client and prospect engagement

  • Develops and implements marketing programs using relevant platforms including Marketo, Outreach, Pardot, 6Sense, and Salesforce in collaboration with Marketing stakeholders

  • Project manages end-to-end program execution and tracks progress and requests in shared project management system (Monday.com), communicating updates as needed to stakeholders to ensure on time and on budget delivery

  • Help to develop content necessary for communicating marketing strategy internally as well as material needed for marketing campaigns including emails, presentations, product collateral and website content.

  • Partners with Marketing colleagues as well as creative and media agencies to develop original digital creative assets for us in marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborates closely with fellow marketers and Marketing Operations and uses the martech stack to effectively report on the impact of marketing campaigns to business partners.

What We Expect

  • Educational background in Marketing and/or Communications preferred.

  • Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, strong preference toward financial services experience or B2B, SaaS marketing

  • Strong knowledge of marketing, Office, and analytics tools such as Marketo, Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and critical metrics.

  • Ability to work in a mid and night shift schedule based on business needs
