Nasdaq Financial Technology seeks an experienced and passionate Senior SalesExecutive to drive new sales initiatives across the Nasdaq Financial Technology portfolio of Regulatory Technology Products in Financial Reporting, Trade and Market surveillance solutions and Market Platform solutions.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role inmeeting new sales and upsells of complex financial and regulatory systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

Your role and responsibilities:

You will lead cross-functional teams across the globe, defining and strategizing compelling sales initiatives for critical financial solutions and services to world-leading Market Infrastructure Operators and Banks and Brokers within a defined territory. You will be responsible for crucial business development, building brand awareness and relationships with prospects, encouraging strong relations and trust with your clients and network.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong expert team delivering sophisticated technology solutions to clients. You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to tackle more responsibility and progress within the sales team. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

  • Lead cross-functional teams globally, delivering critical solutions to Broker Dealers, Regional Banks, and Market Infrastructure Operators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the India region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and product development teams to build compelling sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales updates in Salesforce and use various sales tools to supervise campaign efficiency.
  • Foster team teamwork and development of sales initiatives to drive business growth.

We expect you to have

  • 7-10 years total experience, including 3-4 years in sales and business development in capital markets.
  • Candidates working with Capital Market domain are eligible only.
  • Candidate with meaningful experience working with Risk management, Brokerage firms, Exchange & Equity Markets domains would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving new sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in business, finance, or a related field.

It would be great if you have

  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and trading applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and sales analytics tools like 6Sense.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
