We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Enterprise Partnerships to join our dynamic team at Nasdaq.

This individual will serve as a key leader between our company and our valued partners, developing, managing, and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with brands and organizations that support Nasdaq’s growth goals. This includes overseeing key programs and strategies that support the development and expansion of Enterprise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement an Enterprise partnership strategy that aligns with the team's goals to enhance brand visibility and engage key audiences.

· Help create, own and implement a standardized approach to partnerships across Nasdaq, providing a governance framework for key internal stakeholders.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, including owning recurring meetings and check ins, agendas, decks and more.

· Plan and execute joint campaigns and promotions with partners, including overseeing event activations.

· Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements to maximize value return, showing the ability to be savvy with budget constraints.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and brand synergies.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of key enterprise partnerships, providing regular readouts and strategic recommendations for improvement.

· Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential brand partners and industry trends.

· Address any issues or challenges that arise in Enterprise partnerships promptly and effectively.

Role Qualifications:

· Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in partner management, partner strategy marketing, or a related field.

· Bachelor's degree in a related field.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Demonstrated management experience and ability to mentor and develop a team.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Innovative thinker with a proactive approach.

· Detail-oriented and highly organized.

· Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

The base pay range for this role is $120,800 - $201,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
