What We Offer

As an Index Product Analyst, you will have the opportunity to participate in building and supporting Nasdaq’s Index Contributor Partnership’s data and business integrity. In this role, you will review licenses, databases, payments, and implementations for index partnerships. Other responsibilities also include developing reports on historical payments and summarizing licensing commitments.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Work with Head of Contributor Partnership and when applicable, Head of Research to find, track and reconcile:
  • Index Licensing per contributor agreement and market tracking metrics
  • Revenue share
  • Revenue capture
  • Invoicing, and status updates
  • Internal Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Onboarding, Coupa onboarding
  • Contributor status per Coupa and compliance metrics tracking
  • Ability to create summary of reconciliation of contributor and client summaries with the respective internal teams
  • Review of our existing contributor agreements and/or Nasdaq contributor contracts
  • Properly defining Intellectual Property:
  • Processes that support the index business
  • Product marks and marketing procedures are properly addressed
  • Independently creating support reports and action items for the team
  • Review client index licensing
  • Databasing and tracking work in Confluence, Salesforce and Monday.com
  • Internal invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Testing and verification of system enhancements and releases
  • Work with internal end-users to deliver the right information
  • Create logical development specification documents and clear, concise documentation for users

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with financial agreements, terms, contracts, and databases
  • Experience working on complex financial agreements, arrangements, and payment plans
  • Excellent teamwork/collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with different audiences and time zones
  • The ability to think critically, act independently and present facts to various audiences
  • Amenable to work in the mid shift (3pm-12mn)

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience mapping vendors, indexes, and licenses
  • Experience working in a time-critical environment
  • Experience in Confluence, Salesforce and Monday.com
