Our rapid growth and continuing success means we have an opening for an experienced Data Processing Analyst to join our team in St. John’s, NL. The Data Processing team is the technical team that Verafin customers interact when experiencing data transfer issues. We are fighting financial crime!

Role Responsibilities

  • Set up and monitor Secure File Transfer Protocol connections

  • Work with customers to receive and validate data imports successfully

  • Set up custom import code

  • Work with customers to validate data in the application

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Graduate of a technical college program

  • 1 – 3 years experience

  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills required to effectively manage changing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding customer support skills

  • Knowledge of some or all: Object-Oriented Programming, JSON , Amazon Web Services (AWS), Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK), SQL and XML
