We are seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a member of the team, we expect you to perform a variety of finance and accounting duties supporting several of our Expert functions, including Legal, Internal Audit and Office of the CEO. This position will collaborate and work closely with the department managers and act as their Finance Business Partner and support the FP&A lead of these organizations.
  • Manage financial activities including the monthly close process, balance sheet account valuations and reconciliations, expense forecasting, long range planning, and expense allocations to product lines
  • Analyze variances, trends, risks and opportunities, performance against budget/forecast/targets, key business drivers and sensitivities. Highlight operational performance issues and recommend actions.
  • Work closely with department heads to support, vendor analysis, location strategy and resource planning.
  • Conduct a basic analysis of standard business and financial decisions.
  • Provide financial support to department managers on various initiatives and day-to-day operations
  • Support key artifacts that include but not limited to, forecast and LRP executive analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board reporting and Investor Relations presentations
  • Manage and enhance reporting requirements within supported Expert Function areas.
  • Review and validate goal scoring in support of our Corporate Incentive Plan for discretionary compensation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc business reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-6 years of experience in a financial environment applying analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting
  • High proficiency in utilizing Workday, OneStream, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with large sets of data to spot trends and anomalies, understand the details while being able to tell the big picture story.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines; have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is $91,700 - $152,900. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
