Venture for Canada recruits, trains, and supports recent graduates to work at Canadian startups in need of talent, with the mission of fostering entrepreneurship. Fellows spend two years working for a top Canadian startup, five weeks of training at Queen's University, as well as ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship over a two-year period. VFC fellows include alumni of The Next 36, a former Apple engineer, and a Top 20 Under 20 recipient. Through the program, top recent graduates gain the network, skills, and experience necessary to launch their own firms.
