Job Description
As an ABM Campaign Manager at Vention…
You will own the full Account-Based Marketing strategy for Vention from account selection to campaign execution, measurement, and partner alignment. You’ll build targeted, insight-driven motions across industries and regions to generate high-value opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and support expansion strategies in North America and EMEA.
You will collaborate tightly with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and RevOps to create personalized, scalable ABM programs aligned to pipeline coverage targets. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, highly structured, and comfortable building net-new programs in a fast-scaling environment.
What You'll Do:
ABM Strategy & Targeting
- Build and own the ABM strategy across Apps & Platform.
- Partner with Marketing and RevOps to create ICP, segmentation, industry scoring, and account prioritization models.
- Align with Sales leadership on 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM motions based on regional pipeline gaps and strategic industries.
- Develop vertical-specific plays across all key Vention industries, including Aerospace & Defense, CPG, and Automotive.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Build integrated ABM campaigns across Paid channel, email, website personalization, content, and BDR sequences.
- Define messaging tailored to industry pain points, Apps and Platform value drivers.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop case studies, industry briefs and value propositions.
- Work with Paid Media Campaign Manager on targeted account lists, custom audiences, and always-on ABM engines.
Sales & BDR Alignment
- Collaborate with the BDR Manager to build industry-specific cadences, call guides, and personalized outreach frameworks.
- Provide ABM insights for BDR enablement and monthly pipeline reviews.
- Ensure marketing-sourced ABM activities seamlessly feed into Salesloft, Saleforce, Hubspot and routing rules.
Performance, Insights & Optimization
- Partner with Growth to build ABM dashboards:
- Drive experimentation plans across industries, messaging themes, account clusters, and formats.
- Report ABM successes and insights during Quarterly Business Reviews.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for skills, intellect, and experiences that will help you succeed in this role but we also know that various profiles (not only the one described below) could be successful. - 5–7+ years managing paid media campaigns, ideally B2B or technical/industrial sectors.
- Track record orchestrating and executing marketing campaigns across various channel and subject matter experts
- Hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort manipulating CPA, ROI, pipeline coverage, and multi-touch attribution.
- Experience running multi-region campaigns (NA + EMEA).
- Ability to manage creative processes and partner with PMM for angle development.
- Strong project management: able to plan, prioritize, and execute in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with GA4, UTMs, Salesloft/SF routing, Hubspot and B2B lead gen best practices.
