Job Description
As an ABM Campaign Manager at Vention…
You will own the full 360° planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of all paid activities. This includes multi-channel orchestration across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, paid social, YouTube, retargeting, and mid-funnel nurture. You will lead end-to-end funnel activation (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU), drive predictable pipeline generation, and optimize channel performance across regions, industries, and product lines. This role is deeply analytical, hands-on, and essential to accelerating Vention’s acquisition engine across the entire customer journey.
What You'll Do:
Paid Media Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across LinkedIn, Google, Programmatic, YouTube, and Paid Social.
- Develop full-funnel plans for Apps and Platform, aligned with quarterly pipeline goals.
- Define targeting strategies using ICPs, custom lists, industries, and regional segmentation.
- Prioritize channels and investment per region (North America vs EMEA).
- Manage always-on engines (retargeting, industry targeting, mid-funnel nurture).
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Set up, QA, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end.
- Continuously refine bids, audiences, messaging, placements, and device strategy.
- Build structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps (creative, segment, landing page, angle).
- Ensure landing pages, UTMs, and tracking are properly implemented and conversion-friendly.
- Manage pacing, budget allocation, and daily/weekly performance adjustments.
Channel & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing for messaging, creative direction, and industry positioning.
- Work closely with the BDR team to ensure accurate routing and strong follow-up sequences.
- Partner with Growth to access dashboards and extract insights to guide optimization.
- Align with SEO/CRO and Web teams to improve page performance and reduce friction.
- Support regional teams by tailoring angles for UK, France, Germany, U.S.A and Canada.
Measurement, Reporting & Insights
- Own reporting for CPA, CPL, pipeline generated, and ROI by channel.
- Present insights and recommendations to Quarterly Business Review
- Maintain impeccable tracking and channel data quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in mid-funnel efficiency and lead quality.
Qualifications

- 5–7+ years in Paid Media, Demand Gen, or Growth Marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort operating with CPA, ROI, and pipeline KPIs.
- Experience running multi-region campaigns (NA + EMEA).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and operate autonomously.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Curious, proactive, structured, and comfortable in high-growth environments.
