Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for building the infrastructure for Vention’s tech stack repository and documenting the current state (“as-is”). You will be supported by a team of accomplished tech professionals to deliver a state-of-the-art documentation infrastructure that will become a pillar for Vention’s growth team.

This role is defined as a 12 weeks mandate. More specifically, in this role you will:

Responsibilities:

• Create schemas (Level 1 and Level 2) that depict the high-level architecture for all systems that support Vention’s go-to-market teams, including marketing, growth, sales, application engineering, and customer success.

• Provide definitions for key objects and fields commonly used for workflows and reporting; ensure definitions are validated by appropriate stakeholders.

• Create simplified visual representations of key automated workflows, including triggers, input data, transformations, and output. These assets will become key to build alignment throughout the business.

• Create simplified visual representations of manual workflows, therefore augmenting the existing documentation on rules of engagement.

• Create schemas to depict ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows, including all data that flows to our data warehouse and all point-to-point integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Intelligence, Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science etc)

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehouse, CRM concepts and modeling techniques

• Strong communications skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to cross functional stakeholders

• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast growing environment.
