The Role
As Senior Account Executive, you will report to our Head of Revenue; leveraging your sales experience in B2B SaaS, with the goal of expanding VendorPM’s solution globally. Our Account Executives will have a tremendous opportunity to drive revenue, make an impact, and work with autonomy. The right candidates will be provided with a growth path to a Sales leadership role within a rapidly growing organization.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of Account Executive experience preferably in SaaS or tech.
- You have a track record of delivering results in a quota-driven environment.
- Experience working deals with Large/Enterprise businesses.
- Experience with 6+ month sales cycles.
- Experience Conducting effective demos and presentations to C-level executives.
- Exceptional written/ verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce (or other) to manage accounts effectively.
- Ability to handle a large number of accounts and manage multiple products concurrently.
- Performance-driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
- Energetic and outgoing personality, able to engage prospects and build rapport easily
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, discovery, deal closure, contract administration, and turnover to ensure seamless customer success during onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a Business Development Representative to effectively generate new sales opportunities and support their professional development.
- Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance data integrity within the CRM system, specifically Salesforce, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct engaging virtual and in-person software demonstrations and presentations to showcase VendorPM's offerings to potential clients.
- Represent VendorPM at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies.
- Travel once a month within Canada and the US to engage with clients, attend industry events, and facilitate business development activities.

$100,000 Salary + $100,000 commission = $200,000 OTE
