About the Job:

The mission of the Revenue Operations Specialist is to enhance and streamline revenue-generating processes by bridging gaps between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role focuses on optimizing systems, implementing AI-assisted processes, and ensuring data integrity to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making. By leveraging automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, the specialist plays a pivotal role in operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Your Impact:

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll work with cross-functional teams across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Data to:

AI-Enabled Process Optimization:

  • Automate manual workflows using tools like Zapier, Postman, or internal AI utilities to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and pilot AI solutions that support lead scoring, enrichment, and predictive forecasting across the funnel.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in revenue workflows using data and AI-enabled insights.

Lead Enrichment & CRM Data Integrity:

  • Oversee data enrichment for complex lead datasets from Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn, Rocket Reach, and other AI-augmented sources.
  • Manage and analyze CRM data to surface actionable trends, flag inconsistencies, and support GTM planning.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing teams to ensure CRM fields and workflows align with go-to-market strategies.

Sales & Marketing Operations:

  • Own lead enrichment and routing processes for inbound campaigns and outbound motions.
  • Build and maintain data workflows that support GTM campaign measurement and pipeline attribution.
  • Standardize data QA routines, enforce data governance rules, and use AI-powered QA tools to monitor accuracy.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Partner cross-functionally to document processes, build playbooks, and guide AI prompt libraries for operational use cases.
  • Share insights and automation opportunities across teams to improve shared revenue metrics.
  • Mentor junior ROA team members in best practices for automation, data QA, and cross-functional collaboration.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with Mkt & Sales Leadership to enhance revenue forecasting through deep analysis of funnel, pipeline, and CRM data.
  • Deliver performance reports and strategic insights to channel partner and company leadership.
  • Coordinate with the data team and independently build impactful reports and dashboards to quantify and inform team OKRs.
  • Execute comprehensive business intelligence, including reporting, dashboarding, and analyses, to drive senior management decision-making.

What you bring to the table:

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or other CRM platforms; strong skills in Google Sheets and automation tools.
  • Proficient with AI tools for sales data, enrichment, and reporting (e.g., Postman, ChatGPT, Zapier, Clay).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, enrichment workflows, and GTM funnel operations.
  • Experience developing scalable workflows and improving operational KPIs through automation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver insights from large datasets and influence process improvements.
  • Has a metrics-driven, analytical approach and a proven track record of generating meaningful reports to communicate findings to senior leadership
  • Experience with Looker, SQL, Big Query to be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
