Senior Program Manager
Vendasta Technologies
Senior Program Manager
Saskatoon
Are you energized by bringing structure to chaos and clarity to complexity? Do you thrive on aligning teams, managing high-impact programs, and using technology to drive operational excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager who’s passionate about scaling delivery rigor across cross-functional teams to help drive strategic product initiatives from idea to reality.
About the Job
The Senior Program Manager
will lead cross-functional, high-complexity programs that influence the core of Vendasta’s platform, partner experience, and go-to-market readiness. From orchestrating onboarding initiatives and technical integrations to ensuring product rollout success, this role is pivotal in translating business objectives into structured, scalable execution plans.
You’ll serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and AMPS, applying operational strategy and AI-enhanced tools to streamline communication, mitigate risks, and bring clarity to execution. You will not only lead and deliver programs, but also build lasting frameworks that enhance the organization’s ability to execute with precision.
Your Impact
As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Support, Product, and AMPS to:
- Lead program and project execution across onboarding, integrations, and product rollouts—owning timelines, scope, risks, and delivery metrics.
- Drive cross-functional coordination, aligning stakeholders on dependencies, timelines, and trade-offs, and communicating updates with clarity and candor.
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, identify risk signals early, and streamline collaboration across teams.
- Define and drive program objectives aligned with contract commitments. Monitor delivery health, ensure value realization, and guide partners toward operational maturity.
- Support launch readiness, ensuring training, enablement resources, and execution plans are in place for smooth deployments.
- Contribute to operational strategy, identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing blockers, and embedding continuous improvement into every project.
- Demonstrate executive presence and structured leadership, confidently influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making environments.
- Balance partner advocacy with delivery discipline—pushing back constructively when needed, setting clear boundaries, and ensuring partners feel heard, supported, and aligned to shared goals.
- Maintain scope discipline by anchoring execution to client goals. Introduce structured change control processes for evolving needs.
What Sets this Role Apart:
This is not a traditional project or customer success role:
- You’re not managing siloed project tracks—you’re wholly accountable for orchestrating complex, multi-threaded initiatives that drive measurable customer value and long-term strategic outcomes — not just checking boxes.
- You’re not just fulfilling product requests—you’re informing the roadmap and influencing how Vendasta delivers value at scale.
- You’re not a temporary point of contact—you are the strategic anchor from contract to value realization.
What You Bring to the Table
You are a proactive executor and structured systems thinker with 5–8+ years of experience managing complex programs within SaaS, product, or operations environments. You have a proven track record of leading high-stakes, multi-stakeholder initiatives—from technical integrations to go-to-market programs—within agile or hybrid project delivery models. Your strength lies in scoping initiatives with precision, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and driving business-critical outcomes with clarity and confidence.
You’re fluent in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Confluence, and you leverage dashboards, workflows, and intake processes to improve visibility and execution. You also embrace AI tools that enhance productivity—automating meeting summaries, generating real-time progress updates, and surfacing risk signals before they escalate. Your communication style is direct yet diplomatic, enabling you to influence senior leaders and navigate conflicting priorities while maintaining momentum.
You bring a keen eye for continuous improvement and thrive in environments where clarity, speed, and scalability are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master are considered strong assets. Experience in partner onboarding, systems integration, or go-to-market program delivery will set you apart and help you make an immediate impact.
