As an AI Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions that enhance both client-facing processes and internal operational efficiency.

This role is primarily focused on:

Building and optimizing AI-powered automation workflows to streamline business operations.
Developing advanced AI prompts and integrations to improve user experiences and process automation.

While you will also support our listings and reputation management teams, your primary contribution will be in leveraging AI technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

The Impact You’ll Have

AI & Automation Development

Develop, test, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to optimize business workflows and enhance SMB operations.
Develop and refine AI prompts for ChatGPT and Vendasta’s AI-powered tools, optimizing them to generate accurate, contextually relevant, and high-quality outputs that enhance automation and user interactions.
Build and maintain integrations between various platforms using tools like Zapier, APIs, and scripting languages.
Analyze business needs and technical requirements to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable solutions.
Conduct calls with customers to understand their business needs, gather automation requirements, and provide post-integration training and support.
Experiment with AI-driven technologies to enhance decision-making, content generation, and workflow automation.
Continuously improve and fine-tune AI models and automation processes based on user feedback and performance data.

Internal Team Support

Create, claim, and adjust listings on various online platforms to support SMB clients.
Monitor and respond to online reviews on behalf of local businesses, ensuring brand reputation management.
Leverage AI tools to generate high-quality blogs and social media posts, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned content that supports SMB marketing efforts.

The Value You’ll Bring

Proven experience in AI automation and workflow development.
Expertise in AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other generative AI platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into practical applications.
Experience working with tools like Zapier.
Technical proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and API integrations.
Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with AI solutions to drive innovation.
Strong questioning skills to uncover underlying challenges and create effective automation strategies.
Experience with CRM systems and SaaS platforms.
Ability to adapt quickly to emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into practical business applications.
