About the Job
As a Silver Plus Sales Representative, your mission is to elevate the success of SMBs by becoming their trusted advisor in digital transformation. You’ll leverage your expertise to provide tailored solutions in listings, reviews, advertising, and overall digital strategy. Your role will involve driving business results through inbound leads and proactive client outreach, deepening client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Vendasta. Your Impact
As a Silver Plus Sales Representative, you'll work with the sales and marketing teams to:
- Conduct 8 lead-generated onboarding appointments per day & upsell higher value products while building strategic partnerships.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover deeper client needs, recommend advanced solutions, and drive larger sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on lead quality and sales strategies, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn, increase client retention, and proactively engage with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge on Broadly’s product offerings, digital marketing trends, and the competitive landscape, leading training sessions for peers and guiding clients through complex decisions.
What You Bring to the Table
You have a deep understanding of digital transformation, including advanced digital advertising techniques, online reputation management, and the strategic use of online listings and reviews for SMB growth. You’re proficient in consultative selling, with the ability to identify and address complex client needs, and you possess strong presentation and negotiation skills capable of influencing decision-makers at various levels.
Must-Have Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency in inbound sales strategies, lead management, and customer lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Experience in leading training sessions and mentoring peers.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in client interactions and follow-ups.
