About the Job

The mission for the Onboarding Specialist is to increase product adoption and enable Partner success through in-depth product understanding and implementation. The role ensures that incoming Channel Partners understand the levels of support existing, and how to access them, as well as offers set product tours, assists in setup and aid in implementation. The Onboarding Specialist utilizing the Implementation Packages, improves Platform adoption, customer retention and helps foster a positive relationship creating a loyal base.

Your Impact

As an Onboarding Specialist I you'll work with the Customer Success and onboarding teams to:

• Provide a world-class onboarding experience to Vendasta Channel Partners

• Manage partner projects and follow up with partners to drive onboarding meetings and complete projects

• Work collaboratively to help partners get activated with the Vendasta platform

• Assist with team projects, including outreach to customers

What You Bring to the Table

You have a desire to become a platform master, to understand the ins and outs and how to effectively implement them. You have a proven track record of working with customers and delivering a great experience
