About the Job:

Our Marketing Services team is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to add to the growing team. A Client Solutions Specialist works to help local businesses all over the world establish and maintain their online presence. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who enjoys talking with people, understands the importance of online marketing, and has a working knowledge of digital marketing. A Client Solutions Specialist will communicate with our clients through inbound calls, emails, and can provide an exceptional customer experience.

This role will have rotational week offs and a night shift from 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST to support Canadian business hours and will be an in-office role. Cab service will be provided.Candidates are expected to have exceptional communication skills in English.

Your Impact:

As a Client Solutions Specialist you'll work with Marketing Services team to:

  • Provide fast and effective communications with Partners, Clients and Vendors
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, etc. to support Partners and help them achieve their business objectives through our client’s platform, products, and services
  • Educate partners and clients on the Marketing Services products and processes
  • Keeping track of completed and pending work within our task management platform
  • Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness
  • Work with local businesses regularly to improve their online presence
  • Conduct onboarding calls with local businesses to gather information and execute the services ordered
  • Work with local businesses to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
  • Coordinate and pass along feedback from Partners on product development suggestions, escalating issues as necessary
  • Create and speak to reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
  • Create and manage custom email campaigns
  • Create and publish social media content for many businesses in a variety of verticals
  • Coordinate feedback from partners on product suggestions

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1+ years experience in customer service
  • Proper phone and email etiquette, and the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Digital marketing experience for local business
  • Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Independent decision maker; Can take calculated risks and deal with ambiguity
  • Takes initiative to improve processes and try new things
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a strong team environment
  • A technical aptitude and an ability to learn new processes quickly

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in web design, usability and content optimization is an asset
  • Proficiency with WordPress and experience with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset
  • Knowledge of the Digital Advertising industry - must be able to speak to campaigns performance and navigate through the platforms
  • Experience running Digital Advertising campaigns on platform an asset (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Display network, LinkedIn etc)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and metrics analysis an asset
