About the Job

As an integral part of the People Operations Team, the Talent Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of People Operations, plays a central role in delivering exceptional service to the organization while enhancing operational efficiency. This multifaceted position supports the entire employee lifecycle and underpins our talent management processes, encompassing various responsibilities such as; scheduling, maintenance, and management of HRIS databases (BambooHR and Lattice), data tracking and reporting, recruitment support and administration, contract support, and more. This role ensures that Vendasta provides a best-in-class candidate experience by carrying out the coordination and administration of Vendasta’s full-cycle hiring process by supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in the hiring of world-class talent. This role is a strategic partner to the organization, ensuring that people's operations needs are met through robust operational and administrative support. Moreover, it provides invaluable guidance to Vendasta Leaders and Team Members, facilitating the smooth operation of Vendasta's talent management processes from behind the scenes.

Experience: 2+ years as a Human resource specialist with sourcing, recruitment coordination, and administration knowledge.

Talent Management Coordination and Support (Talent Acquisition, Performance and Engagement)

• Works in collaboration with Hiring Managers, the Talent Acquisition Team and the rest of the People Operations function to carry out operational duties in alignment with Vendasta’s Hiring philosophy to support the filling of new and replacement role vacancies.
• Assists the Talent Partners with screening, interviewing and employment agreement creation for contractors and employees.
• Leads student recruitment including; liaising with 3rd party contacts and educational institutions, organizes career fairs and events, etc.
• Is a brand ambassador of Vendasta, participating in hiring fairs and events and supporting special projects and initiatives as it pertains to the talent acquisition function in Vendasta.
• Supports the Talent Partner with talent management coordination and documentation processes
• Supports and leads Talent Management projects, research, etc. as required.
  
  

People Operations Policies, Programs and Framework Management

• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Vendasta’s People Operations frameworks and philosophies and programs, policy and compliance, to ensure they can provide timely and accurate support to the business.
• Answers employee queries about HR-related issues or directs to appropriate stakeholders within the organization/people operations team.
• Building and updating internal People Operations processes and frameworks.
• Manages and updates Intranet (My Front Step) and the Vendasta Employee Manual.
• Participates in at least 1 organizational committee as a representative of the India Team.
  
  

Data Tracking, Metrics and Reporting

• Conducts HRIS Management- BambooHR maintenance and reporting eg. reporting relationships, employee information changes etc.
• Keeps the People by Month Tracking and lifelines reporting up to date.
• Supports the creation, maintenance and management of all records management (time-off process for all employee vacation, sick, and flex time, etc.).
• Supports ad hoc requests for reporting and analysis for projects and initiatives as required.
• Supports the execution of the employee offboarding processes.
