If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Digital Ads team as a Digital Ads Specialist.

About the Job

Our Digital Advertising team is looking for a Specialist, with a focus on SEM, to add to the growing team. This person is responsible for working closely with the clients of our Partners and the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Advertising Campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, etc. The role involves customer service skills, strategic thinking, mixed with creativity and technical knowledge, to ultimately craft campaigns that drive results.

Your Impact

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns
• Write ad copies for assigned campaigns following best practices
• Keyword and competitor research
• Discuss creative direction for the ads and provide guidance following best practices
• Create and manage campaign tests
• Create reports for campaigns, optimize and provide insights on a monthly basis

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ year creating and monitoring SEM campaigns on Google and/or Bing
• 1+ year customer service experience via Email and over the phone
• Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client’s KPIs
• Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance
• Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) is considered an asset

Responsible for the following KPIs:

• Campaign performance
• Campaign throughput
