How You'll Make an Impact
- Define and evolve the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy, establishing architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps that guide technology decisions.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into target-state architectures that support enterprise-wide outcomes.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance processes, reviewing and approving solution designs for alignment with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
- Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps that balance innovation, scalability, cost efficiency, and risk management, including opportunities to rationalize systems and modernize legacy platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight on key initiatives, partnering with IT Business Solutions Consultants to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Define enterprise data and integration strategies that ensure interoperability and a strong foundation for analytics and AI capabilities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating new tools and platforms and providing recommendations on their value to the organization.
- Define architectural frameworks that enable AI adoption across the enterprise and lead technology due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.
We'd Love to See
- 8+ years of experience managing business technology solutions, with a focus on platforms like ERP, HRIS, CRM, M365, or similar (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Proven track record delivering business technology roadmaps and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
- In-depth understanding of cloud-based platforms and enterprise technologies, with strong knowledge of IT service delivery, governance, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and identify process improvements.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
