This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely.

Position Summary

Vena Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to help us expand our sophisticated SaaS cloud technology. As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical lead on Vena demoware and act as the subject matter expert on both domain and product knowledge for our Sales team from a demo perspective. You will also ensure that there is alignment between Marketing, Product and Professional Services for all demoware.

What you will do

- Serve as the product and architecture subject matter expert for demoware content

- Analyze and translate various Industry/Use Case pain points into holistic, innovative, highly polished and architected solutions using the Vena platform to be presented to prospects, customers, partners and more.

- Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to Solution Consultants, Solution Managers, the Sales team, the Product team, Partners and others

- Provide meaningful, timely feedback and progress updates to the Solutions management team

- Support Solution Consultants by designing and configuring a large variety of common yet complex financial and operational processes while ensuring best practices are applied

- Facilitate team meetings sessions with new content and / or new design principles and upskill the Solution Consulting team in domain, product and other industry related knowledge

- Assist in enabling the Partner Ecosystem with demo assets, tenant tracking / migration, innovation, process improvements, competitive landscape and industry trends.

- Assist in internal initiatives and projects (pilots, test cases, product feedback, internal projects)

- This role may require business travel from time to time

- Other duties as assigned

Does this sound like you?

- 3+ years creating complex financial models using cloud software

- Advanced Excel modeling skills, Advanced PowerBI modeling skills

- Advanced Vena (or equivalent) core product skills including: complex integration channels, Vena tables, calc scripts

- Advanced skills in managing complexity, gathering requirements, and translating to presentable and sales-oriented solutions

- Advanced communicator of complex concepts (presentational and written)

- Advanced knowledge of supporting technology such as MS 365 power apps,

- 3rd party integration tools, BI, ML, AI

- Experienced in executing multiple simultaneous responsibilities and prioritization of ad hoc requests
