This is a 4 month contract and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time or hybrid throughout the week. #LI-HYBRID

The Sales Development Associate (SDA) role is a foundational building block of the Sales Development team. The Sales Development team relies on accurate, timely and effective data. The role would focus on ensuring data hygiene, maintaining a timely flow of data inputs to our engagement tools and address exceptions on all priority leads routed to the SDR team.

What you will do:

  • Review Salesforce data hygiene by reviewing data on set of accounts in Salesforce
  • Data could include firmographic data like account website, employee count, industry, Sales Territory key contacts etc.
  • Align data to reflect accurate account hierarchy and geography
  • Validate and Update Disqualified MQA Data
  • Triage sales phone call and chat requests
  • Manage exceptions for sales requests and use our engagement tool to route them

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Awareness of organizational structures and ability to map out company hierarchy
  • Basic knowledge of common business functions and processes
  • Effective time management skills to focus on an assigned set of tasks to be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe
  • Basic level knowledge of Salesforce and general data enrichment tools like Zoom Info, Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of MS Office
