About the role:

The Director, Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading, driving and developing the new logo sales plan, achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, building strategic business relationships, further developing the ENT sales team and working cross functionally for all sales strategies and their execution in The US Enterprise segment. The Director, Enterprise Sales should continuously drive strong integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions including marketing, sales, customer support, and sales operations.

What you will do:

  • Assist in creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and manage the performance of the Enterprise Sales team
  • Support Enterprise Sales Managers (ESM) in day-to-day operations
  • Evaluate team and individual performances
  • Spend time coaching ESMs and Manager, ESM through call recording review sessions, role plays, sales activity plans and management, positioning, competitive intel, product demos, deal strategy etc.
  • Help identify hiring needs, select and train new Sales representatives
  • Address potential operational challenges and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
  • Expand market share of Vena through winning new customers and increasing penetration of existing customers
  • Ensure Sales Team is utilizing Salesforce to submit accurate and complete information and provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to foster alignment on execution of Sales and people strategies
  • Create a team culture that’s positive, motivated and performance-driven
  • Other duties, as assigned

Does this sound like you?:

  • 5+ years of experience in software and SaaS leading sales teams through multifaceted opportunities
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in enterprise companies integrating technological solutions
  • An ambitious, decisive, technically competent leader with an understanding of the latest sales methodologies
  • Desire to explore new opportunities for fast paced technology companies
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build and manage a sales team
  • Strong management skills including planning, organizing for results, leading and evaluating people
  • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales quotas and targets (individual and group)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication
  • Strong planning, negotiation and forecasting skills
