About the role:
Vena Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Manager, Customer & Community to manage the execution of projects that nurture and engage Vena customers to adopt, renew, expand and advocate across customer marketing, lifecycle and community initiatives. The Junior Project Manager, Customer & Community assists in the orchestration of educational campaigns that inspire, build community and drive further adoption of Vena across channels that include email, in product, direct mail and across our digital properties.
This will be done by collaborating with Vena’s Customer Experience organization to create and execute strategies that fulfill community, adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy objectives.
You have a creative mindset with a keen eye for detail along with unmatched project management skills to deliver on time and on budget.
What you will do:
- Support planning, execution and management of customer and community-based marketing campaigns designed to drive community, revenue and advocacy goals
- Collaborate with Vena’s Customer Experience organization to execute extraordinary educational customer experiences that help Vena build community advocates and progress pipeline
- Project manage promotional channels that include Vena digital properties (eg. Customer Portal, Email, Vena.io, In-App, Newsletter)
- Support in the development and delivery of high quality, creative customer and community campaigns to differentiate Vena from the competition at various points in the customer journey
- Work to grow the customer database and opt-in in partnership with digital marketing and CS teams with high value content and experiences
- Assist with the reporting and analysis of campaign execution
- This position may require travel for community-based marketing initiatives

Does this sound like you?:
- 1+ years professional experience in a customer-facing and B2B relationship marketing role in a SaaS technology environment
- Strong project management skills to align team members across the marketing organization
- High level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder communications and engagement experience Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with Customer Success and Customer Experience
- Experience managing customer relations and are able to demonstrate excellence in customer service
