About the role:

The Project Manager is a pivotal role in Professional Services (PS) that leads a portfolio of customer-facing projects, working closely with other team members inside and outside the PS department to deliver projects within project constraints (Scope, Schedule, Quality and Budget).

A successful Project Manager must have exceptional organizational skills, ability to influence stakeholders, time management and prioritization, superb written and verbal communication, ability to proactively manage risks and issues and a team-oriented spirit. You have drive, a relentless focus on client satisfaction and an ability to build customer relationships within projects that typically take 3-5 months.

What you will do:

  • Lead approximately 10-12 customer-facing projects simultaneously, with a keen focus on client satisfaction, project budget and time to value.
  • Accountable for proactively managing project timeline, scope and budget
  • Develop detailed project plans and weekly project status reports, ensuring risks and issues are communicated to internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings with internal project teams and customers to drive project progress, overcome challenges and guide/influence customers in the right direction
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, escalating major issues to internal and client management
  • Facilitate resolution of key issues impacting the successful delivery of the project
  • Collaborate on effort estimates and write project change requests as required
  • Coordinate and coach Consultant resources on your projects to ensure tasks are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Maintain project data in the Professional Services Administration tool

Does this sound like you?:

  • 3+ years experience as a customer-facing project manager working on software implementation projects
  • Experience developing and managing a detailed project plan, holding internal and external parties accountable to due dates
  • Very organized, strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously drive projects forward, overcoming challenges and rallying the team members using your positive attitude and proactive communication
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves with Implementation Consultants to dissect a problem, synthesize options and deliver a recommendation to clients
  • Experience with project planning software e.g. Mavenlink, Asana, MS Project, SmartSheet
