Note: This role will require onsite work 4 days a week, with option to work one day a week remotely. Candidates who are unable to meet this requirement will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Information Security, Risk & Compliance, including technical and non-technical activities
Technical Requirements:
- Security frameworks (example: NIST) and networks, cybersecurity awareness including cloud and application security.
- Security concepts: Email security, Endpoint security, Network security & Security Appliances
- A strong awareness of common threats and defense mechanisms.
- An understanding of Endpoint Protection, File Integrity Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention, phishing, Malware Protection for workloads and Runtime Protection, Malware Isolation, Sandboxing, Threat Streams, and User Behavior Analysis.
- Working knowledge of networking, (routing, DNS, common ports, protocols, and firewalls)
- Security tools (SIEM), anti-virus, firewalls
- Antivirus (McAfee/Trellix, Windows Defender)
- Qualys, Zscaler, Entuity, Password State, Managing SSL Certificates
- Compliance (SOX Activities and Audits)
- Patch Management
- Splunk
Familiarity with the any of following would be beneficial:
- WebSphere, JBoss
- SAP Environment (Basis and Security)
- NginX
- Monitoring (Datadog and BMC)
- ITIL Process
- ServiceNow
- Power BI
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Salary: From $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
