At Varicent, we’re driven by the belief that great people power great companies. As our Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead end-to-end global recruiting efforts while driving strategic initiatives that enhance how we attract, onboard, and retain exceptional talent across North America, EMEA, LATAM and other regions as we expand geographies to fuel our growth.
You’ll play a dual role — managing key searches across technical and business disciplines while leading impactful projects to elevate our global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding functions. You’ll also provide day-to-day leadership to contract recruiters and contribute to building scalable, data-driven hiring processes that support Varicent’s continued global growth.
The talent we recruit is often passive, engaged in their work, and top contributors in their current organizations. It’s your job to skillfully identify, engage and sell these passive candidates on the opportunities within Varicent. But it doesn’t stop at bringing talent in the door, you will play an important role in enabling the successful onboarding of new hires in their first 90 days at Varicent.
What You’ll Do:
• Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of global roles spanning Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A functions — from intake to offer acceptance — ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
• Lead and coach contract and contingent recruiting resources, ensuring consistency in process execution, candidate experience, and employer brand representation across all regions.
• Act as an advocate and coach for hiring managers on recruitment best practices across cultures.
• Drive strategic TA and onboarding projects, such as process optimization, technology implementation, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Varicent’s global talent strategy.
• Partner with global HR and business leaders to align workforce planning, hiring priorities, and regional market intelligence with organizational goals.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices by implementing sourcing strategies that expand access to diverse talent pipelines across markets.
• Leverage data and insights from Greenhouse and other TA tools to track performance metrics, improve efficiency, and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and business stakeholders, including regular reporting on progress and key metrics.
• Optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and continuously improve processes leveraging automation and AI practices.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes in partnership with People Operations and Talent Enablement to deliver a consistent, engaging experience for new hires during their first 90 days.
• Enhance global employer branding and Varicent’s ability to attract top talent through creative campaigns, social media presence, educational or professional relationships and community partnerships that showcase Varicent’s culture and career opportunities.
• Foster long term relationships with past applicants or employees as potential candidates for future roles
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, and/or LATAM), with a proven ability to adapt to diverse hiring markets.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiting teams or contractors, with a focus on collaboration, development, and performance excellence.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in recruitment process optimization, onboarding, or talent programs.
• Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and CRM tools, including data-driven recruiting and reporting.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, referral programs, and professional networks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate across time zones and functions.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring culture and continuously improving candidate and hiring manager experiences.
