About the role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be building out a data intensive platform that handles a wide range of use cases. We are looking for someone that will share insights and experiences and drive innovative solutions. Specifically the role will involve planning and implementing FE, mobile, and some backend changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Contribute to the development of our applications, writing code that is well-structured, readable and extensible.

• FE and Mobile Expertise: Experience with React and React Native/Expo to support development efforts and guide design decisions. Figma experience is a plus but not required.

• Issue Triage and Monitoring: Communicate cross team with customer facing teams to triage, debug, and fi x issues. Be able to prioritize and own and organize the process of the bug report to release.

• Mentoring and Leadership: Share and collaboratively encourage high standards and high quality throughout the organization’s code bases.

• Data Security, Governance, and Privacy: Work closely with security teams to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and protection, as well as adherence to variance compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, CCPR).

What you’ll bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or extensive practical experience with software development.

• Deep knowledge of React and Typescript/Javascript writing production-grade application code.

• Understand React Native and mobile app architecture on Android and iOS.

• Experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Ability to partner with different teams to understand their data needs and deliver optimized solutions, as well as communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking a proactive approach to identify areas of improvement
