Let's give you a purpose:
- Champion client engagements to deploy our software, ensure user adoption, and provide strategic advisory services, while cultivating meaningful relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Spearhead the adoption of industry-leading best practices, empowering clients to optimize their experience using our product and expertise
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where your ideas and leadership will shape cross-functional processes that elevate the customer journey
- Lead a dynamic team of technical and subject matter experts, leveraging their skills to meet strategic client goals while identifying new value creation opportunities
- Partner with our Sales team to scope client engagements by providing strategic advisory and technical support throughout the pre-sales process
What you’ll bring along:
- Strong track record of successfully managing teams and projects. Bonus points for managing software implementations, consulting engagements, and other technology projects
- Growth mindset, curiosity, passion for learning new things
- First-principles thinking – you have the strong desire to understand any topic at a deeper level than most, and are unsatisfied with decisions based on convention or unjustified assumptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, formulate and test hypotheses quickly and efficiently
- Expert communication skills - both oral and written - with the ability to tailor messaging for technical, business, and executive audiences
- Strong grasp of math and statistics, understanding of chemistry/physics; business-logic-level understanding of software implementations, IoT, automation techniques, and other technologies
- Preferred: Experience with software implementations, customer success, and business process consulting
