About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Insightly CRM team and help drive the next phase of product growth. In this role, you will own key areas of our CRM platform, working closely with engineering, design, marketing and customer success to deliver features that drive user adoption and business results.
This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who has built a solid foundation in product management, has experience working in agile environments, and is ready to take on more ownership and strategic responsibility. You will play a critical role in our Product-Led Growth initiatives, helping optimize the trial experience and improve conversion rates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own delivering on the product roadmap for your area of the Insightly CRM platform, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Lead cross-functional scrum teams through the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration
- Write clear, comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to build with confidence
- Partner with UX to conduct user research, prototype new concepts, and validate solutions before committing to development
- Define and track success metrics, using data to inform decisions and measure the impact of your features
- Support Product-Led Growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve trial activation, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new features
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from multiple channels including support tickets, user interviews, and analytics
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes, helping prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort
A Little Bit About You
- 3-5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Experience with product analytics tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Pendo) and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of successfully shipping products or features that delivered measurable business results
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms (as a user, builder, or product manager)
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth strategies and trial optimization
- Experience with integrations and APIs in a B2B context
- Exposure to AI/ML features in enterprise software
- Background in software engineering

Compensation
Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages: Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 CAD, which reflects the Expert stage of our compensation band for this job level (P2).
Progression into higher stages and job levels may occur over time based on demonstrated performance, mastery of role expectations and overall impact. For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we may extend offers above the posted range if a candidate brings exceptional experience.
This range is inclusive of base salary only and does not include any variable compensation or benefits.
