Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern with an engineering background to join our Evaluation Services Team (EVS) for a 6-month internship. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management, document management systems (DMS), and sustainability methodology development & maintenance.

As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a Document Management System designed to organize and streamline our sustainability rating methodology materials. You will work closely with our methodology experts and knowledge management specialists to help structure, maintain, and enhance internal & external documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) to support sustainability rating methodologies.
  • Support the Evaluation Services Team in organizing and managing documentation related to sustainability assessments.
  • Participate in knowledge management activities, including structuring, updating, and standardizing documents.
  • Collaborate with methodology experts, analysts, and IT staff to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
  • Contribute to process improvements related to document workflows and system functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Education background in engineering (required), ideally with interest or experience in sustainability or environmental management.
  • Basic knowledge of document or knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, DMS platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details and process consistency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); French may be a plus.
  • Interest in sustainability ratings or ESG topics is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
