Job Description

We’re a profitable, scaled SaaS company with 1,700+ employees worldwide, expanding our demand generation function. This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a growing function in a traditionally sales-led organization—now with unprecedented executive support and investment in marketing. We have the chance to define what excellence looks like.

As a Sr. Manager/Director of Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth across multiple channels with some junior and cross functional support. This is a blend of strategy and execution, helping drive our growth roadmap but also step in as a senior IC when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution

  • Stand up and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth across paid media, ABM, gifting, events, and content syndication.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to optimize the marketing-to-sales handoff, ensuring seamless lead routing and improved conversion rates.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content to align campaigns with key messaging, ICP segments, and buyer journeys.
  • Support global expansion efforts, tailoring demand generation strategies for regional markets.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and performance tracking across channels.

Channel Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with channel managers (e.g., paid media, events, ABM, and outbound) to ensure demand gen programs are aligned and optimized.
  • While not a dedicated channel owner, be prepared to step in executionally as a senior IC, providing guidance or hands-on support where needed.
  • Partner with ABM teams to execute 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, using LinkedIn, gifting, and executive events to engage target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure virtual and in-person events drive meaningful pipeline and engagement.
  • Experiment with new channels and tactics, continuously testing ways to expand pipeline beyond traditional demand gen levers.

Performance Optimization & Attribution

  • Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to refine lead scoring, attribution modeling, and full-funnel reporting.
  • Improve visibility into demand gen performance, ensuring clear tracking of pipeline influence and revenue impact.
  • Support incrementality testing across paid and organic channels to optimize demand gen efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and insights to inform marketing leadership on demand generation effectiveness.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring alignment on MQL definitions, lead routing, and follow-up SLAs.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and BI teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with executive stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on demand generation strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and scale demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience working across multiple demand gen channels, including paid media, ABM, gifting, events, outbound, and content syndication.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in attribution modeling, lead scoring, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM, BI tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • [Preferred] Background in enterprise B2B SaaS and an interest in ESG initiatives.
