    Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to work on the continuous delivery of the Ecovadis Product Suite. In this role, you will lead large scale strategic programs including pitching, defining and refining ideas with technical leaders and executives.

    You will work with several business units and technical teams to understand specific business needs, ensuring the high quality execution from initial design of the technical solutions till the value realization through tangible and measured outcomes.

    A key part of your role will also include assessing risks, developing risk mitigation plans, anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, managing issue escalation, and balancing the business needs with technical concerns and compliance requirements.

    You will be an exceptional communicator with a successful track record of keeping key colleagues engaged and stakeholders informed on the progress of critical projects.

    Scope of your program management responsibilities will intake a significant part of the overall Ecovadis delivery model based on 30+ teams, unified quarterly roadmap rhythm with continuous inspect & adapt principles built-in.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support engineering managers/product owners/product managers in the full project life cycle: creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, justification, expected business impact, and establishing the right project governance

    • Continuously oversee projects to ensure they are meeting company and technical standards, adhering to budgets, aligned with business expectations and meeting deadlines

    • Facilitate the program events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value

    • Manage communication with the program stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk and drive relentless improvement.

    • Coordination of activities between the teams and the rest of the organization.

    • Use and continually develop leadership skills

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Computer science or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.

    • A successful track record of leading complex projects/programs in software development

    • At least 4 years of experience in comparable program management role

    • Demonstrable experience in leading agile initiatives at scale

    • Must have excellent organizational skills, as well as a great deal of autonomy and positive attitude.

    • Excellent communication skills, being able to present complex technical information in a clear manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.

    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

    • Flexible working hours, to accommodate different time zones.

    Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 office days per month) / Full remote from Poland
