  • Track core metrics proactively and regularly conduct exploratory data analysis to identify anomalies or growth opportunities with core product metrics including: player engagement, retention, monetization, and live operations performance
  • Synthesize qualitative data from player reviews, community feedback, and user research to develop a holistic, 360-degree view of the player experience
  • Proactively build data models, forecasts, and business cases to champion and support new product initiatives
  • Design, execute, and evaluate AB Test experiments to validate product hypotheses and guide development
  • Own the design and maintenance of intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPIs that empower data-driven decision-making across the studio
  • Partner across the organization to drive business outcomes, ensure data tracking accuracy, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
  • Enable analysis by ensuring the logs, tables, and semantic layer create a strong and accurate foundation in conjunction with the Data Engineers
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, summarize datasets, identify trends and generate hypotheses, while continuously adopting emerging AI technologies to keep the analytics function cutting-edge

Your background should include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, within free-to-play mobile gaming, SaaS, or digital consumer apps
  • Knowledge of live operations, game economies, player segmentation, and core product metrics (e.g., DAU, Retention, LTV, ARPDAU) is strongly preferred
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets, complemented by familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and forecasting
  • Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Hex, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and exposure to AI-assisted analytics, machine learning and predictive modelling concepts is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to drive product decisions
  • Experience building and working with data models, machine learning, statistical analysis methods, and other data science is a plus

We believe in a fun & meaningful work environment:

  • You'll be equipped with a high-end laptop and mobile device
  • Competitive salary, extended health and dental benefits and allowances
  • You’ll work in a collaborative, coaching and mentoring culture
  • Fully remote organization, no commute!
