The mobile games industry is quickly evolving around us. There are over a million apps that are fighting for the attention of consumers, but only a handful will ultimately win. Uken Games is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who is ready for the challenge of growing our new games and existing portfolio of games into massive blockbuster titles.

You’re a performance marketer who loves blending creativity with analytics. You’re fluent in the language of data but just as comfortable brainstorming creative hooks and exploring new AI tools. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and are always looking for smarter, faster ways to grow games you believe in.

As a Ukenite, you’ll working on meaningful things like:

  • Owning full-funnel user acquisition for one or more live titles, from strategy to execution and optimization
  • Enhancing user acquisition efforts by conducting A/B tests and implementing strategies to meet performance objectives
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of emerging trends
  • Experimenting with emerging AI tools to generate, iterate, and scale ad creative concepts, balancing efficiency with performance goals
  • Leveraging AI to automate and streamline workflows across creative production and campaign optimization
  • Leading ASO strategy and experimentation, including app store experiments, keyword optimization, and testing to drive continuous improvement in app store conversion and visibility
  • Support the management of relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms and media agencies
  • Working closely with in-house creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets, leveraging trends, testing frameworks, and Gen AI tools for creative ideation and production
  • Collaborating with the Product, Analytics, and Production teams to develop data-driven insights, set and track targets, identify growth levers, and create reporting tools for monitoring and evaluating success

Your background should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in managing advertising campaigns for multi-platform games across different channels (E.g. Meta, Google, Applovin) and international markets
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
  • Deep understanding of creative performance drivers and ability to translate data insights into actionable creative direction
  • Demonstrated experience using Gen AI tools to ideate, produce, and test creative assets, with clear understanding of their strengths and limitations
  • Proven experience automating repetitive UA workflows (e.g., campaign setup, reporting, or creative iteration)
  • Strong presentation skills and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint or other presentation software
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes in a collaborative setting
  • An ability to iterate quickly and operate independently in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • An appetite to learn, grow, and take on increasingly more responsibility

It'd be a big plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools (Image, Video, Audio)
  • Familiarity with mobile app attribution
  • Experience working with licensed IP games
  • A strong passion for games especially free to play
  • A strong passion for understanding user behavior
