We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, independent, and responsible Senior Bookkeeper to join our Financial Department

Job responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for all bookkeeping activities, including: bank reconciliations, vendors, purchase orders, credit card transactions, invoice recording, etc
  • Preparing and submitting periodic reports to authorities and institutions (Tax Authorities, National Insurance, VAT).
  • Managing and executing the payment process.
  • Managing monthly and quarterly closing processes: fixed assets reconciliations, provisions, balance sheet accounts reviews, intercompany reconciliations and charges, analytical reviews, and more.
  • Ongoing communication with tax authorities, including submission of annual reports (Form 856), withholding tax checks, and tax coordination.
  • Preparing the company’s books for annual audit by external auditors.
  • Opening import files and handling related accounting procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certified Bookkeeper – Level 3+2.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper up to balance.
  • Experience in a global company with inventory. - an advantage
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer skills, including full command of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
  • Experience working with Priority ERP system. - an advantage
  • Highly responsible, independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
