About the Role: Regional Sales Manager (Western Territory)
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead Kramer’s sales and customer success across the Western US (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, AZ, CO, NM).
Main Focus:
- 50% Channel Management: Grow and support Kramer’s reseller and distributor network
- 50% End User Development: Build lasting relationships with end users through a direct, consultative approach
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Represent Kramer at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the regional sales team while working independently
- Resolve customer issues related to sales and service
- Travel within the territory up to 75%
- Must live within the territory
- 5+ years sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets
- Strong understanding of Professional A/V, Networking, Collaboration, and IT value chains
- Proven ability to hunt, build, and manage complex client relationships
- Established channel and end-user relationships in the region
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in value-added solution selling
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team
- High integrity, sound judgment, and credibility
