About the Role: Regional Sales Manager (Western Territory)

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead Kramer’s sales and customer success across the Western US (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, AZ, CO, NM).

Main Focus:

  • 50% Channel Management: Grow and support Kramer’s reseller and distributor network
  • 50% End User Development: Build lasting relationships with end users through a direct, consultative approach

The RSM will be responsible for driving market share, developing new business, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Represent Kramer at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team while working independently
  • Resolve customer issues related to sales and service
  • Travel within the territory up to 75%

What We’re Looking For

  • Must live within the territory
  • 5+ years sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets
  • Strong understanding of Professional A/V, Networking, Collaboration, and IT value chains
  • Proven ability to hunt, build, and manage complex client relationships
  • Established channel and end-user relationships in the region
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience in value-added solution selling
  • Entrepreneurial, motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and credibility
