Your role:
Kramer is hiring a Presales Engineer to provide presales support in ASEAN region. This role reports to Regional Sales Director, ASEAN.
As a Presales Engineer, you will be
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level
- Supporting regional trainings and events as when needed
- Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client’s requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team
- Working closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- You work with urgency, analysing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes and reacting confidently and decisively
- You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and external customers
- You are your area of expertise and passionate about it, enabling it to support people to work better and achieve more
- Diploma or degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
- Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consultancy
- Good knowledge of the IT Network Infrastructure and Management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and/or Cisco certified will be an added advantage
