About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will help shape product messaging, support global go-to-market activities, and enable our sales teams with impactful tools and training.

What Will You Do

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Support the development of product messaging and value propositions across Kramer’s strategic domains
  • Create core marketing content, including product briefs, solution overviews, and customer-facing presentations
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging

Go-to-Market Support

  • Contribute to planning and executing global product launches
  • Track and manage product marketing assets across channels and regions
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency throughout all materials

Sales Enablement

  • Maintain and update enablement tools such as pitch decks, battle cards, and datasheets
  • Support the creation and delivery of product training sessions for internal teams

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product managers to translate technical features into customer-oriented value
  • Liaise with regional marketing and sales teams to support local initiatives
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure alignment with the evolving product strategy

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent professional level required, native-level is a plus)
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and marketing content tools
